EVERY MILE ADVERTISING $250 GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES

1. Sponsor. This giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Every Mile Advertising LLC ("Sponsor"), 308 Neuse Ridge Drive, Clayton, North Carolina 27527.

2. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of North Carolina who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry Period. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on June 23, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on July 15, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter. Visit everymileads.com/win and complete the entry form with the requested information, including a valid name, email address, and ZIP code. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Free Mail-In Alternative: To enter without using the website, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, ZIP code, and date of birth on a 3"×5" card and mail it to: Every Mile Advertising $250 Giveaway, 308 Neuse Ridge Drive, Clayton, NC 27527. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 15, 2026 and received by July 16, 2026. Limit one mail-in entry per person.

5. Prize. One (1) winner will receive a one hundred dollar ($250.00) cash prize. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $100.00. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. The winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes.

6. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

7. Winner Selection and Notification. One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about July 17, 2026. The winner will be notified by email at the address provided within five (5) business days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random.

8. Privacy. Information collected from entrants is used only to administer this Sweepstakes and, where the entrant has opted in, to send marketing communications from Sponsor. Sponsor does not sell entrant information. By entering, you consent to Sponsor's collection and use of your information for these purposes.

9. General Conditions. By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity.

10. Limitation of Liability. By entering, entrants release Sponsor from any and all liability for any loss, harm, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.

11. Governing Law. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Winner List. For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address above within thirty (30) days after the drawing date.
